Senior Sustainability Program Manager

As Senior Sustainability Program Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Bangalore, you will drive strategic sustainability programs and environmental initiatives across our operations. This is a leadership role where you'll develop frameworks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate HPE's sustainability commitments into measurable progress. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee sustainability programs aligned with corporate environmental and social goals
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute sustainability initiatives across operations
• Monitor, measure, and report on sustainability metrics and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability into business strategy and decision-making
• Engage with external partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies on sustainability matters
• Build business cases for sustainability investments and communicate impact to leadership

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in sustainability program management or related environmental role
• Proven track record developing and delivering enterprise sustainability programs
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and industry best practices
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and business units
• Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks and metrics preferred
