Join Accenture as a full-time AI Architect – Manager within our Technology Strategy & Transformation practice, based at one of our offices in Bangalore, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai. You'll lead the development and delivery of generative AI and AI architecture solutions that help enterprise clients achieve transformational business outcomes at scale.
About the Role
This manager-level position focuses on pioneering artificial intelligence strategy and architecture within our Technology Strategy & Transformation practice. You will work with our largest, most strategic clients to design, architect, and deploy generative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. This is an opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, leading cross-functional teams through complex AI transformation initiatives across diverse industries.
Core Duties
- Lead the architectural design of AI and generative AI solutions tailored to client business objectives
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand strategic requirements and identify AI-driven transformation opportunities
- Guide technical teams in the implementation of enterprise-grade AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Develop strategy and roadmaps for generative AI adoption, addressing governance, risk, and compliance considerations
- Mentor and develop junior architects and engineers within the practice
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices, contributing thought leadership
Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, AI/ML, or related technical fields
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI solutions in production environments
- Strong knowledge of modern AI frameworks, tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent)
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of AI governance, ethical considerations, and enterprise risk management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences
- Certification in cloud architecture or AI/ML technologies is a plus
