Responsabilités
Notre client, une agence créative internationale reconnue, recherche un·e Planneur·se Stratégique Junior en stage pour rejoindre son équipe à Paris. Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez aux côtés d'une équipe de planneurs expérimentés sur une grande diversité de secteurs et de problématiques de marque.
Au quotidien, vous apporterez matière, analyse et inspiration nécessaires pour poser les bons diagnostics et guider la création:
- Décrypter et analyser: Mener des recherches documentaires, des analyses concurrentielles et sectorielles pour nourrir la réflexion initiale et identifier les véritables problèmes à résoudre
- Déceler des insights: Analyser les comportements des consommateurs et les tendances culturelles pour faire émerger des tensions et opportunités
- Soutenir la réflexion stratégique: Participer à l'élaboration de recommandations et à la préparation de workshops d'inspiration
- Inspirer la création: Contribuer à la rédaction des briefs créatifs pour les rendre clairs, vivants et stimulants
- Gagner en autonomie: Selon votre évolution au cours du stage, vous serez amené·e à gérer des projets en propre (veilles sectorielles, analyses de tendances)
Ce que nous recherchons
- Formation Bac +4 minimum en Communication, Publicité, Digital ou Marketing
- Une première expérience en agence
- Attention constante pour les marques, les gens, la culture et l'actualité
- Esprit d'analyse, de synthèse et rigueur de travail
- Maîtrise du Pack Office
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est souhaitée
