Solution Consultant, Supply Chain – Paris

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing SaaS organization in their search for a Solution Consultant focused on Supply Chain Planning. This role is based in Paris and offers the chance to work with enterprise clients across CPG, retail, manufacturing, and life sciences sectors.

You'll partner with sales teams to demonstrate how modern planning platforms can transform supply chain operations—from demand forecasting and S&OP to inventory optimization and capacity planning. This is a consultative, client-facing role where your supply chain expertise will directly shape how organizations modernize their planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand complex supply chain planning challenges including demand forecasting, S&OP/IBP, inventory planning, and capacity planning
• Build relationships with operations, supply chain, and finance stakeholders at prospect and customer organizations
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing supply chain use cases such as demand planning, supply planning, scenario modeling, and cross-functional alignment
• Facilitate workshops with supply chain and finance leaders to co-design future planning processes and present solutions to executive audiences (VP Supply Chain, CFO, COO)
• Challenge legacy approaches (Excel, disconnected point solutions) and articulate the value of integrated, agile planning supported by relevant customer success stories
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to communicate market needs and improve customer experience
• Travel up to 25% of the time for client engagements

What We're Looking For

• Proven pre-sales experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role with enterprise planning tools that include supply chain functionality (platforms such as o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Board, or comparable systems)
• Strong supply chain domain knowledge with solid understanding of S&OP/IBP, demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, or supply network planning processes
• Background or degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing verticals with the ability to speak the language of these industries
• Compelling storytelling ability—you can translate complex supply chain challenges into clear, differentiated demonstrations for both operational and executive audiences
• Comfort engaging with multiple stakeholder types in a single deal cycle, from Supply Chain Planners to C-level executives
• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
