Solution Innovation Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing SaaS organization in Paris that is building the operational foundation of their Solution Innovation Center. This is an entry-level to early-career role ideal for someone eager to support presales operations, manage RFP workflows, and coordinate cross-functional processes in a dynamic B2B software environment.

You'll be the operational backbone for the Account Executive team and wider go-to-market organization, ensuring RFPs, security questionnaires, and demo content are handled accurately and on time. This role offers strong exposure to Sales, Legal, Security, and Customer Success teams, with clear growth potential into Solutions Consulting.

Responsibilities

• RFP Operations: Intake, triage, and manage RFP documents; administer the RFP platform (Ombud); maintain status trackers and dashboards for leadership visibility
• Infosec Questionnaire Support: Partner with Technical Solution Consulting to coordinate and submit security questionnaire responses; route standard questions and escalate technical items appropriately
• Demo Platform Administration: Manage user access and content organization within the demo automation tool (Consensus); keep Interactive Product Tours and video libraries current and accessible
• Content Creation: Support video editing and production of demo assets using tools like Descript
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a responsive point of contact for AEs; coordinate with Legal, Security, and Post-Sales teams to gather inputs and finalize responses; support Customer Success with security review routing

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years in an operational or support role; software industry background is a plus but not required
• Location & Language: Based in Paris; fluent in English
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple requests under tight deadlines with a strong eye for accuracy
• Process-Minded: Enjoys building structure into workflows and takes ownership of operational tasks
• Communication: Proactive in sharing status updates, roadblocks, and questions with stakeholders
• Coachable: Seeks feedback, asks questions, and takes initiative in learning
• AI-Proficient: Comfortable leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency
• Collaborative: Works effectively within a team and across departments (Sales, Legal, Security, Product, Customer Success)
