Solution Consultant, Financial Consolidation – Paris

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Solution Consultant specializing in Financial Consolidation. This Paris-based role sits at the intersection of enterprise finance and cutting-edge technology, supporting strategic accounts across EMEA as they modernize their consolidation and reporting processes.

You'll lead pre-sales engagements for prospects with complex multi-entity consolidation requirements, positioning our client's platform as the solution for statutory reporting, intercompany eliminations, and regulatory compliance challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic pre-sales cycles for high-value accounts with sophisticated financial consolidation needs
• Deliver tailored solution presentations addressing challenges in consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and compliance (IFRS, GAAP, CSRD, Pillar 2)
• Provide deep technical and functional expertise for complex opportunities involving multi-entity reporting and audit requirements
• Develop and deliver impactful demos showcasing consolidation, close management, and CFO reporting capabilities
• Maintain and enhance demo libraries, scripts, video assets, and interactive product tours for financial executive audiences
• Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap based on market feedback and client requirements
• Enable broader solution consulting teams on consolidation best practices and technical approaches
• Partner with marketing on thought leadership content including webinars and industry insights

What We're Looking For

• Strong finance and accounting background with hands-on experience as a consolidation accountant, financial controller, or auditor
• Proven experience with enterprise financial consolidation tools such as Oracle HFM/FCCS, SAP Financial Consolidation/BPC, OneStream, Fluence, or Tagetik
• Background in pre-sales (Solution Consulting) at a SaaS company or finance transformation consulting with a track record engaging finance teams
• Deep understanding of legal and management consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, IFRS/local GAAP compliance, and cash flow reporting
• Knowledge of non-financial reporting requirements (CSRD, Pillar 2 tax reporting) is valuable
• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; DSCG, DEC, or UK equivalents preferred
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are advantageous
• Experience with EPM solutions, close management tools, or disclosure management platforms is a plus
