Senior Creative (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Berlin that is looking for a Senior Creative to drive their social-first strategy. Our client works with consumer brands across multiple platforms and needs someone who can transform social intelligence into platform-specific content that performs.

This role combines strategic concept development with hands-on execution. You'll work closely with strategy, account management, content, and influencer teams to create campaigns that resonate. Modern tools and AI are essential parts of your daily workflow to streamline creative processes while maintaining brand authenticity.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative social media concepts and campaign ideas tailored to specific platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Snapchat)
• Translate current social trends and insights into compelling social-first narratives for both brand and influencer/creator concepts
• Write performance-driven social copy, hooks, and scripts optimized for short-form content (Reels, TikToks)
• Support the development and structuring of content formats for always-on campaigns and hero/hub/help strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on productions, using prototyping tools (moodboards, storyboards) for quality assurance
• Leverage AI tools for ideation sessions and implementation while maintaining a data-driven approach to creative KPIs and testing

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of creative experience with a clear focus on concept development and copywriting
• Strong intuition for social-first content and deep understanding of platform dynamics and trends
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) for communication and copywriting
• Hands-on mentality with a passion for testing and performance thinking using creative KPIs
• Proficiency with AI tools for ideation and content creation
• Experience with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proven track record with influencer/creator campaigns and consumer brands
