Social Client Solutions Manager (Paid social/ Meta Ads)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital marketing technology client in their search for a Social Client Solutions Manager based in Hamburg or Munich. This role focuses on delivering exceptional paid social campaign management and client service across the DACH region, with particular emphasis on Meta advertising platforms.

You'll manage day-to-day client relationships while executing and optimizing paid social initiatives. This is an operationally focused position where your platform expertise and campaign execution skills will drive client success and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve client KPIs while maintaining high quality standards across pacing and delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client communications, providing practical solutions and translating performance data into actionable recommendations
• Support client retention and growth by managing renewals, contributing to account strategies, and identifying cross-sell or upsell opportunities
• Deliver clear post-campaign reporting that highlights performance metrics, campaign successes, and future recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline client onboarding, campaign setups, and share knowledge on platform updates
• Continuously develop your client-facing presentation and consultative skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid social, campaign management, or performance marketing (agency experience within social or media teams strongly preferred)
• Solid hands-on experience with Meta advertising platforms is essential
• Experience with TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, or LinkedIn is a strong bonus
• Proven track record in managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to work directly with clients
• Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plus
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg or Munich
