Solution Consultant, Supply Chain – Germany

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for a Solution Consultant, Supply Chain based in Germany. Our client is a fast-growing enterprise planning platform used by global organizations to modernize their supply chain and financial planning processes.

In this role, you will partner with sales teams to guide prospects through transformative supply chain planning solutions. You'll act as a trusted advisor who understands operational challenges and can demonstrate how modern planning technology creates competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand supply chain planning challenges including demand forecasting, S&OP/IBP, inventory planning, and capacity planning
• Build relationships with operations, supply chain, and finance stakeholders across prospect and client organizations
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing supply chain use cases such as demand planning, supply planning, scenario modeling, and cross-functional alignment
• Challenge legacy planning approaches and articulate the value of integrated, agile planning solutions backed by relevant customer success stories
• Facilitate discovery and visioning workshops with supply chain and finance leaders to co-design future planning processes
• Present proposed solutions to executive audiences including VP Supply Chain, CFO, and COO level stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to communicate market needs and enhance customer experience
• Travel up to 25% of the time for client engagements

What We're Looking For

• Proven pre-sales experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role focused on enterprise planning tools with supply chain capabilities (such as o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Board, or comparable platforms)
• Strong supply chain domain expertise with solid understanding of S&OP/IBP, demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, or supply network planning processes
• Background or degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Compelling storytelling ability to translate complex supply chain challenges into clear demonstrations for both operational and executive audiences
• Experience engaging multiple stakeholders from Supply Chain Planners and Operations Managers to Finance Business Partners and C-level executives within the same sales cycle
• Industry experience in CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing verticals preferred
• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Fluency in German and English required
