Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy provider seeking a Face-to-Face Fundraiser/Dialoger for their Cologne location. In this role, you will engage potential customers directly at point-of-sale locations in well-trafficked shopping centers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Approaching approximately 200 people daily in a warm, indoor retail environment
• Conducting consultative conversations about renewable energy solutions
• Identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate offerings
• Answering questions and explaining complex topics in an accessible manner
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets
• Maintaining resilience and motivation throughout active floor time

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in face-to-face engagement:

• Communication excellence: German language proficiency at C1 level or higher is required
• Relevant background: Experience in fundraising, promotional work, or F2F agency environments
• Outgoing personality: Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers throughout the day
• Mental resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation
• Physical stamina: Prepared for eight-hour shifts on your feet in a retail setting
• Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for the work and the mission behind it

This is a permanent, full-time position with a fixed base salary plus uncapped commission structure (€3,000–4,000 gross monthly typical earnings).
