About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Dutch-speaking Support Specialist to join their global customer support team in Berlin. Our client operates a 24x7 multilingual support function serving hospitality customers across APAC, EMEA, and North America. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge point-of-sale and commerce technology while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of issues ranging from general product education to complex hardware/software investigations
- Document, track, and manage customer interactions within support platforms
- Work flexible shifts including weekends as part of a global 24x7 support roster
- Identify, reproduce, and escalate product bugs to quality assurance teams, following through to resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure seamless customer support
- Advocate for product and service improvements based on customer feedback
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
- Previous customer service or technical support experience
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on exceptional customer experience
- Basic proficiency with common platforms: iOS, Android, macOS, Windows
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with phone, email, ticketing, and live chat platforms
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Experience supporting SaaS products or iOS applications
- Computer networking knowledge or interest
- Working knowledge of macOS and basic HTML/CSS
