About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Dutch-speaking Support Specialist to join their global customer support team in Berlin. Our client operates a 24x7 multilingual support function serving hospitality customers across APAC, EMEA, and North America. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge point-of-sale and commerce technology while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of issues ranging from general product education to complex hardware/software investigations
  • Document, track, and manage customer interactions within support platforms
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends as part of a global 24x7 support roster
  • Identify, reproduce, and escalate product bugs to quality assurance teams, following through to resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure seamless customer support
  • Advocate for product and service improvements based on customer feedback

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on exceptional customer experience
  • Basic proficiency with common platforms: iOS, Android, macOS, Windows
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience with phone, email, ticketing, and live chat platforms
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Experience supporting SaaS products or iOS applications
  • Computer networking knowledge or interest
  • Working knowledge of macOS and basic HTML/CSS
