Trainee Online Marketing – Vollzeit (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a growing digital marketing agency based in Dortmund that specializes in recruitment campaigns and employer branding for mid-market clients across Germany. As a Marketing Trainee, you will serve as a key coordination point between clients and internal creative teams.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Supporting the planning and coordination of client marketing projects
• Helping track tasks, deadlines, and project milestones
• Maintaining regular communication with clients and internal colleagues
• Preparing for and participating in client meetings, then documenting outcomes
• Coordinating deliverables with marketing and production teams
• Maintaining accurate project status updates and next steps in internal systems
• Gradually taking ownership of individual projects as you gain experience

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals. You will receive structured onboarding (typically 1–3 months) covering all processes, tools, and campaign fundamentals. No prior social media or marketing experience is required—we will train you step by step until you can manage projects independently.

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Some practical experience in client communication or project work (internships, working student roles, or early professional experience)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing tasks and deadlines
• Friendly, open communication style and genuine interest in working with clients
• Willingness to engage with numbers, metrics, and project reporting
• Ability to stay focused and maintain oversight when juggling multiple tasks
• Self-motivated, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
• Eagerness to learn and progressively take on more responsibility

Pay
