Responsibilities
Our client, a confidential international industrial organization, is seeking an experienced Product Line Manager to drive innovation in powertrain and drivetrain systems for defense applications. In this strategic role, you will:
- Manage the product portfolio across the complete product lifecycle
- Define product requirements and develop market and product strategies
- Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitive developments
- Control pricing, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, marketing, and project management teams
- Support product launches and develop compelling value propositions
- Advance the product portfolio and derive strategic action recommendations
What We're Looking For
We are representing our client in the search for a candidate with:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in Product Management within a technical industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of powertrain, engine, or drivetrain systems
- Experience collaborating with international customers and interdisciplinary teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong market and customer orientation
- Proficiency with project management methods and relevant tools
- Excellent German and English skills; good French language proficiency required
