Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Hamburg seeking a working student to support client-facing operations and advisory processes.

In your initial weeks, you will focus on building a structured appointment pipeline through telephone outreach, network engagement, and lead qualification. You will learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, and documentation standards while working with performance metrics and receiving regular feedback to systematically improve your results.

As you progress, your responsibilities will expand to include:

• Supporting client situation analysis and preparing advisory materials in a structured manner
• Participating in client conversations based on your development stage and managing follow-up communications
• Ensuring clean process execution through consistent documentation and reliable workflow management
• Collaborating closely with a performance-driven team and taking ownership of assigned task packages

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written) – training, team communication, and future professional development pathways operate entirely in German
• Strong communication skills with reliability and accountability
• Self-driven initiative and structured working style
• Genuine interest in performance-based work and measurable outcomes

Preferred background:

• Previous exposure to sales, customer service, advisory roles, or performance-oriented environments such as competitive sports

This role is not suitable if you:

• Are seeking a traditional "few hours on the side" student position
• Prefer to avoid telephone-based appointment setting
• Do not meet the C1 German language requirement
