About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS scale-up that has built an agentic AI platform for ERP automation across finance, procurement, and logistics. Our client's solution is deployed in over 40 countries, serves 550+ customers, and automates tens of thousands of processes daily for enterprise manufacturers and Fortune 500 organizations. Following recent growth investment, they are expanding into the UK market and need a founding enterprise SDR in London to own strategic outreach.
This is not a typical SDR role. You won't just book meetings and hand them off—you'll run discovery calls with CFOs, CPOs, and CIOs, present value propositions live, and build stakeholder maps in real time. Most SDR jobs end when the calendar invite goes out. This one starts there.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic outreach into enterprise manufacturing and industrial accounts through cold calls and personalized messaging to CFO, CPO, CEO, and CIO stakeholders
- Craft tailored value propositions by understanding pain points across Finance, Procurement, and IT in Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes
- Prospect large accounts and build multi-threaded stakeholder maps across Finance, Procurement, IT, and executive sponsors
- Run and present in 30-minute discovery calls with C-level stakeholders—you own the meeting, not just the booking
- Stay ahead of the market by continuously updating your commercial knowledge, analyzing procurement and finance processes, and tracking industry trends in agentic AI and ERP automation
- Prioritize complex tasks with clients, flagging bottlenecks early to keep pipeline moving
- Carry a quota of £1.2M ARR closed-won sourced per year
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment, ideally selling into manufacturing, industrial, or finance/procurement buyers
- Track record of building stakeholder maps in complex enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets
- Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator with the ability to adapt your style for CFO, CPO, CEO, or CIO conversations
- Resilience to handle rejection and maintain momentum through long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Natural problem-solver with curiosity that drives creative solutions
- Bonus: experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or finance/procurement buyers; familiarity with ERP systems or sales tech such as HubSpot, Clay, and Claude
