Wir vertreten einen etablierten Kunden aus dem digitalen Marketing- und Talent-Management-Bereich mit Standort in Berlin. Unser Mandant sucht einen engagierten Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d), der Talente betreut, Kooperationen entwickelt und kreative Content-Strategien umsetzt.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Erste Ansprechperson für betreute Talente und Influencer
- Identifikation und Akquise neuer Kooperationspartner sowie Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen
- Verhandlung von Verträgen und Konditionen mit Anbietern und Dienstleistern
- Entwicklung von Content-Formaten und Konzepten gemeinsam mit den Talents
- Planung und Koordination von Talent-Einsätzen sowie Sicherstellung des Wohlbefindens der betreuten Personen
- Scouting und Akquise neuer Talente für bestehende und zukünftige Projekte
- Unterstützung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Talente über ihr Artist-Dasein hinaus
Wen wir suchen
- Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing oder in einer Digital-, Social Media- oder PR-Agentur
- Starkes Interesse und Gespür für aktuelle Digital- und Konsumententrends
- Sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen Social Media Netzwerken und Online-Communities
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Konzeption und/oder Umsetzung von Social Media und Influencer Marketing Kampagnen
- Hohe Kreativität, Motivation und ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamplayer mit Organisationstalent und aufgeschlossenem Wesen
