Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tax advisory firm in Westerheim seeking a qualified Steuerberater (m/w/d) to join their team. In this role, you will shape your own responsibilities based on your strengths and professional interests:

• Prepare and review annual financial statements for individual and corporate clients
• Handle tax returns for partnerships and corporations
• Lead specialized tax advisory projects in areas such as inheritance tax or corporate reorganization law, depending on your qualifications
• Support clients during tax audits
• Optionally assume team leadership and personnel management responsibilities
• Pursue additional areas of focus that align with your expertise and career goals

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a certified Steuerberater who brings both technical excellence and strong client relationship skills:

• Successfully completed Steuerberaterexamen (German tax advisor certification)
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of client interaction
• Meticulous, efficient, and conscientious approach to work
• Openness to digital workflows and modern practice management tools
• Passion for tax matters and staying current with regulatory changes

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers exceptional compensation of €90,000 to €130,000 annually, with partnership track available for qualified candidates.
