Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential automotive marketplace organization seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their CRM team. In this role, you will work alongside CRM developers and consultants to deliver solutions for international sales and service teams.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining business processes, data flows, and custom code within the Salesforce platform
- Working with Salesforce Lightning Experience, multiple Salesforce instances, and MuleSoft integration architecture
- Developing and maintaining a custom B2B invoicing system using a hybrid approach with Java and MuleSoft applications
- Integrating Salesforce with third-party providers and external systems through REST/SOAP API interfaces
- Analyzing and optimizing existing Salesforce implementations to improve efficiency and performance
- Collaborating closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, as well as training and supporting end users
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 4+ years of professional experience developing Salesforce solutions
- Strong proficiency in APEX, Visual Force, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SQL
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or IT-related field
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API development (REST/SOAP)
- Basic knowledge of Java and AWS services (S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated willingness to learn
- Team-oriented approach with commitment and proactive work style
- Professional English skills; German language skills are beneficial but not required
- High motivation for designing, programming, and solving problems to improve business processes
