Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential mobility technology organization seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead their most strategic client engagements. In this role, you will:
- Take full ownership of large-scale software implementation projects from initial scoping through final delivery
- Analyze complex business requirements and design sophisticated solutions that maximize system capabilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing expectations and building trust-based relationships
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants, fostering excellence and continuous learning within the implementation team
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the strategic evolution of implementation methodology
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to translate market needs into feature enhancements
