Our talent team is representing a confidential research organization conducting a paid leadership study in Germany. We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers and Program Managers currently working at large organizations to participate in an online research survey exploring leadership practices, organizational change, and workplace technology adoption.

Responsibilities

As a research participant, you will:

What We're Looking For

You may be eligible to participate if you:

• Lead significant projects, programs, stakeholder relationships, or cross-functional teams
• Work for an organization with at least 1,000 employees
• Are comfortable completing an online survey in English
• Meet the requirements outlined in a short pre-screening questionnaire
