Senior Account Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency working with a leading global technology client in Hamburg. As Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a central point of contact in a highly dynamic environment, managing complex projects from initial concept through product launch.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end project ownership: Manage projects across the entire lifecycle—from initial briefing through creative development to final asset delivery across digital, social, print, and retail channels
• Proactive consultation: Act as a strategic partner, not just a project coordinator. Challenge briefs critically, think ahead, and anticipate needs before they arise
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to precisely define and maintain project scope, budgets, and timelines
• Quality assurance: Ensure every asset—whether for retail partners or digital channels—adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the excellence expected from a top-tier technology brand

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings strong agency experience and thrives in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in account or project management, ideally within an agency setting focused on technology, telecommunications, or retail marketing
• Ownership mentality: You don't wait for instructions—you take initiative. You see yourself as the driver of your projects and advance them independently
• Resilience and agility: You thrive in environments characterized by quick turnarounds and high-frequency product releases. You keep a cool head even when strategies shift on short notice
• Problem-solving competency: You're a natural solution finder who quickly adapts to new tools and processes to proactively remove obstacles from project workflows
• Communication excellence: Fluent German and English skills are essential for daily coordination in this international setup

Contract type: 18-month fixed-term contract with possibility of extension
