Junior Brand Manager:in (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cosmetics organization seeking a Junior Brand Manager to drive commercial activation and market penetration. In this role, you will:

• Take responsibility for commercial product and brand activation with clear focus on revenue growth
• Manage projects for new product launches, relaunches, and promotional campaigns; analyze existing product portfolio
• Develop and oversee launch plans for new products and relaunches
• Translate product and brand strategies into market-effective launch and activation plans
• Create revenue-driven campaign and activation mechanics
• Execute trade marketing and point-of-sale activation including promotional mechanics and salon solutions
• Develop sales-relevant arguments and sales stories
• Collaborate closely with sales, export, and field service teams
• Support product launches in the market, including field visits with sales representatives
• Conduct competitive and market activation analyses nationally and internationally; prepare statistics and presentations
• Build and activate partnerships, barter deals, and special formats
• Gather systematic market and sales feedback and derive optimization measures to increase revenue
• Participate in organizing trade shows and events

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or comparable field
• Minimum 2–3 years professional experience in brand, product, or marketing management preferred, ideally in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG environment
• Willingness to travel for project and market-related events nationally and internationally
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue generation
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and activation campaigns
• Ability to translate brand strategy into tactical sales enablement tools
• Collaborative working style with sales and distribution teams
