Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Junior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager to join their Berlin team. In this role, you will:
- Support coordination and communication with represented talent and influencers
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to new partnership opportunities
- Create proposals and respond to incoming collaboration requests
- Support contract negotiations and pricing discussions with partners and service providers
- Contribute to content concept development and format planning for talent
- Serve as the liaison between talent and brand partners, managing scheduling and talent welfare
- Research and acquire potential new partnerships, formats, and media opportunities
- Utilize proprietary software systems designed specifically for artist management workflows
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, or similar roles at a digital, social media, or PR agency
- Strong interest in and awareness of current digital and consumer trends
- Confident use of all major social media networks and online communities
- Ideally, hands-on experience implementing or developing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- High creativity and self-motivation
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and team-player mentality
- Passion for talent management and organizational excellence
