Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS client seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their Professional Services team in Paris. In this role, you will:

• Lead AI transformation and implementation engagements for enterprise customers, designing and building tailored solutions using intelligent workflows, automation, and advanced platform capabilities
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, conducting discovery to uncover business outcomes and ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions across their organization
• Consult on business process design, mapping how work flows through a customer's organization and recommending process improvements before solution build
• Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures to solve complex business cases, partnering with technical resources for data conversions and integrations
• Actively leverage AI and Generative AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate complex business logic, and deliver intelligent workflows
• Act as project manager on standalone engagements, building and executing project plans to ensure deliverables stay on-time and on-budget
• Run online webinars, training sessions, consultations, and demonstrations that translate product capabilities into business value
• Produce documentation, walkthroughs, and exit artifacts that allow customers to operate and maintain solutions independently
• Represent the voice of the customer by advocating for their needs and influencing product development
• Contribute patterns and reusable assets developed in the field back to shared asset libraries

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a forward deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software
• Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects requiring hands-on build and system configuration in project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management software
• Fluency in Generative and Agentic AI tools, with strong understanding of how to leverage AI in streamlining work productivity and building intelligent workflows and agents
• Familiarity with AI reliability in production, including human review, output validation, and understanding when deterministic automation is the better solution
• Strong problem solving skills rooted in computational thinking, systems design, and understanding of relational data structures
• Business process design and consulting experience, with business acumen to frame engagements around customer outcomes and judgment to read implicit problems behind explicit requests
• Working knowledge of integration platforms (make.com, Zapier) sufficient to configure lightweight integrations, with foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and MCP a plus
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with client stakeholders and executives, and clearly articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies across a changing set of customers and industries
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, comfortable running engagements independently and managing several at once
• Superb written and verbal communication skills, with positive attitude, empathy, high energy, and ability to take initiative and adapt
• BA or BS degree preferred
• This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the Paris office
