About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce marketplace client seeking a Seller Onboarding and Support Intern to join their team in Paris. Our client operates at scale across multiple international markets, and this role offers hands-on experience in business development, seller relationship management, and process optimization within a fast-paced tech environment.

As part of the Seller Success team, you'll be responsible for evaluating, prioritizing, and onboarding potential business partners. This is a strategic role that goes beyond administrative tasks—you'll analyze data to identify high-potential opportunities, communicate directly with sellers across Europe and the US, and drive process improvements that impact marketplace growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify thousands of potential sellers in the database, prioritizing based on business potential and strategic fit
• Provide professional consultation and support through CRM systems, guiding sellers through the complete onboarding journey
• Analyze seller profiles using Excel and Salesforce to create strategic reports and identify promising business opportunities
• Take ownership of improvement projects end-to-end, identifying process inefficiencies and driving automation solutions from concept to implementation
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with international sellers across European and US markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize seller activation processes and create more scalable solutions

What We're Looking For

• Available for a 6-month full-time internship (Gap Year or End of Studies) starting January 2027
• Fluent English required for international seller communication
• Strong Excel proficiency including pivot tables and data analysis capabilities
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail for managing high-volume workflows
• Passionate about business development and sales with ability to identify opportunities
• Structured approach to work with effective prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
• Must have internship agreement from a French school
• Preferred: French language skills, Salesforce or CRM experience, previous commercial or e-commerce background, additional European languages, proactive mindset for process improvement

Position Details: Full-time internship (35 hours/week) based in Paris, France, running from January 2027 through June 2027. Hybrid work environment with remote flexibility.
