Manager Data Analyst – Casablanca

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential data consulting organization seeking a Manager Data Analyst to join their team in Casablanca. In this role, you will:

• Lead projects that transform client businesses through strategic data collection, processing, and visualization
• Extract actionable insights from marketing-related data sources to drive decision-making
• Design and implement dashboards that align with business objectives and support marketing strategy
• Guide clients through the conception and implementation of data architectures and pipelines, from initial collection through ongoing monitoring
• Contribute to the technical excellence and capability development of the analytics team
• Collaborate across divisions including media, consulting, data science, and engineering to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Research and develop innovative technical approaches to solve complex problems efficiently
• Stay current with industry developments and share best practices across the organization

What we're looking for

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a data-driven working environment
• Proficiency with at least one data collection platform (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL databases, CRM systems, transactional data)
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and/or R
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, or similar platforms

Preferred technical skills (one or more of the following):

• Cloud platform resources (Google Cloud Platform with BigQuery and Cloud Storage, or equivalent Azure/AWS experience)
• API integration and authentication methods (OAuth, HTTP Basic, API key)
• Marketing analytics and tracking tools in an advertising context
• ETL tools such as Airflow, Dataiku, or similar
• Web application development and deployment experience
• Knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and data engineering
