About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential management consulting firm seeking a (Senior) Consultant to join their Production & Operations practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic transformation and operational improvement initiatives for leading industrial organizations across Germany. You will be part of multidisciplinary project teams delivering measurable business results in manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environments.

Locations available: Hamburg, München, Düsseldorf, or remote within Germany.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environments
• Analyze business processes and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and inform strategic decisions
• Contribute to the design of target operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps
• Support operational strategy and optimization initiatives across industrial client organizations
• Apply lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and business outcomes
• Develop client deliverables and facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and project execution activities

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, delivering transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environments
• University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a comparable field
• Understanding of operational processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and transformation initiatives in industrial settings
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project needs
• Analytical thinking combined with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• High degree of personal initiative and entrepreneurial can-do mentality
