About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential lead generation organization serving the U.S. real estate market. We're seeking an Outbound Calling Officer to conduct high-volume prospecting and lead qualification for property-related opportunities.

This is a remote position open to candidates in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Philippines, and Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting property owners, buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants across the United States
• Make a minimum of 300 outbound call attempts per working day using approved dialer systems and lead lists
• Conduct discovery conversations to assess property ownership, transaction intent, timeline, motivation, and decision authority
• Qualify leads using structured frameworks and generate opportunities for the sales team
• Schedule property discussions and callbacks according to campaign requirements
• Maintain CRM accuracy by dispositioning 100% of call attempts with complete notes and property details
• Complete scheduled follow-ups within committed timeframes
• Handle objections professionally using approved techniques while representing services accurately
• Participate in coaching sessions, call calibration, quality reviews, and training
• Comply with consent requirements, do-not-contact procedures, data privacy controls, and telemarketing regulations

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma, intermediate qualification, bachelor's degree, or equivalent education
• 2-3 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, customer service, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Neutral U.S. accent and confident, professional phone communication skills for engaging U.S.-based prospects
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, questioning, and objection-handling abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems, dialers, spreadsheets, and productivity tools
• Demonstrated ability to sustain high-volume outbound activity in target-driven environments while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Resilience to handle rejection and unanswered calls while staying productive
• Strong attention to detail for recording factual, complete CRM notes and dispositions
• Accountability for assigned leads, follow-ups, data accuracy, and performance commitments
• Coachability and willingness to apply feedback consistently

Highly desirable:

• Experience in real estate, property acquisition, brokerage, mortgage, or investor lead generation

Performance expectations:

• Daily outbound call attempts: minimum 300 per working day
• Qualified leads generated per campaign targets
• Quality Assurance score: 95% or above
• CRM documentation accuracy: 95% or above
• Schedule adherence and attendance: 95% or above

Working conditions:

• Remote position with sustained telephone and computer usage throughout the working day
• Working hours aligned with U.S. market; may include evening or night rotational shifts
• Calls monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, compliance, and performance management
