About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data science consultancy seeking an October 2026 Business Data Scientist Intern with a focus on marketing effectiveness. This Paris-based internship offers a unique opportunity to blend technical data science skills with strategic marketing insight, working on real-world client challenges that drive measurable business impact.

Our client serves major organizations across industries, helping them make better decisions through AI and advanced analytics. As an intern on their marketing effectiveness team, you'll contribute to projects that optimize media spend, measure campaign performance, and build data-driven marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate and clean large datasets using Python and Excel
• Build and analyze econometric models, applying statistical and Bayesian techniques
• Develop marketing strategy recommendations and media optimization approaches based on analytical models
• Participate in creating client deliverables and presenting strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from an engineering school or business school
• Strong foundation in programming with demonstrated Python experience
• Hands-on experience with data science models and statistical analysis
• Ability to transform raw data into strategic business recommendations
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Curiosity and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Academic or professional experience with Databricks/Azure is a plus
• Fluency in French required for this Paris-based role
