About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in their search for an experienced Data Analyst to join a high-impact project. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned data professional with deep healthcare domain expertise to make a meaningful contribution.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Perform comprehensive data analysis, validation, and profiling across healthcare datasets
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions to support business intelligence needs
- Ensure data quality standards and governance protocols are consistently met
- Work with complex healthcare data structures including claims, membership, clinical, provider, and revenue cycle information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Leverage cloud-based data platforms to optimize data workflows and deliverables
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong expertise in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms
- Healthcare domain experience specifically in one or more areas: Claims, Membership, Clinical, Provider, or Revenue Cycle data
- Proven track record in data analysis, validation, profiling, and reporting
- Strong understanding of Data Quality frameworks and Data Governance principles
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
