We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in their search for an experienced Data Analyst to join a high-impact project. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned data professional with deep healthcare domain expertise to make a meaningful contribution.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive data analysis, validation, and profiling across healthcare datasets
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions to support business intelligence needs
  • Ensure data quality standards and governance protocols are consistently met
  • Work with complex healthcare data structures including claims, membership, clinical, provider, and revenue cycle information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
  • Leverage cloud-based data platforms to optimize data workflows and deliverables

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
  • Strong expertise in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms
  • Healthcare domain experience specifically in one or more areas: Claims, Membership, Clinical, Provider, or Revenue Cycle data
  • Proven track record in data analysis, validation, profiling, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of Data Quality frameworks and Data Governance principles
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
