Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cloud technology organization in their search for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team. This is a remote position based in the UK, offering the opportunity to drive digital acquisition strategy and accelerate demand generation for a fast-growing business.

Our client works with cloud-driven organizations worldwide, helping them leverage multicloud solutions to drive business growth. As their Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own key components of their digital acquisition engine and play a central role in generating pipeline for the sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid digital acquisition strategy across key channels including LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaign structure, targeting, and performance to drive qualified leads and pipeline
• Own relationships and performance management of paid media agencies and freelance specialists
• Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to target high-value accounts
• Manage paid media budgets exceeding $1M annually, working with global and regional marketing teams
• Partner with cloud providers to optimize utilization of Marketing Development Funds
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop and launch campaign assets
• Track and report on paid advertising and ABM performance, identifying optimization opportunities
• Align growth initiatives with revenue goals across marketing, sales, and product teams

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English
• 5+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies
• Strong background in B2B digital marketing and ABM campaigns, particularly in paid acquisition channels
• Proven experience launching and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that drive conversion to sales opportunities and revenue
• Deep understanding of digital advertising economics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline efficiency metrics
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets exceeding $1M annually
• Proven track record of managing agency relationships and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate effectively in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
