About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology organization seeking a Data Services Reports & Insights Analyst to join their Customer Success team in LATAM. Our client operates a leading property management platform serving properties across global markets, and this role sits at the critical intersection of data services and business intelligence.

As a Reports & Insights Analyst, you'll help hospitality customers transform raw operational and financial data into actionable decisions. You'll build, analyze, and optimize reports, troubleshoot discrepancies, and coach hoteliers on key metrics like ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance. Every report you refine directly shapes how hospitality businesses understand their performance and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build, analyze, and optimize reports across the PMS reporting suite for hospitality clients
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues before they impact customers
• Coach hoteliers on interpreting operational and financial metrics through calls and written communication
• Partner with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success teams to improve data access and interpretation
• Translate complex technical reporting concepts into plain language for non-technical users
• Handle sensitive historical, financial, and guest records with meticulous attention to detail
• Conduct video coaching sessions to guide users through advanced reporting features

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

• Direct experience working with Hotel Property Management Systems and channel managers
• Proven track record in client-facing roles such as onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical support
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data cleaning)
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data mapping, and root-cause error analysis
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Understanding of hospitality metrics (occupancy, revenue, guest behavior patterns)
• Natural ability to teach and guide users through complex concepts
• Highly tech-savvy with cloud-based workflows and reliable high-speed internet for remote work
• Detail-oriented with adaptability to shifting priorities

Bonus Skills:

• Professional proficiency (verbal and written) in Spanish or Portuguese
• Experience with business intelligence dashboards or advanced financial reporting structures
