About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital transformation consultancy seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer (Python/React) for a fully remote position based in Brazil. Our client works with enterprise organizations to build AI-native platforms that reimagine customer experiences through technology and engineering excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to build production applications across the entire stack—from backend services and data pipelines to polished frontend interfaces—while working with cutting-edge AI-enabled development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, ship, and maintain full-stack applications, translating design concepts into production-ready deliverables
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to identify requirements and design technical solutions
• Create reusable components and patterns while writing clean, testable code that contributes to technical standards
• Prototype new features rapidly and troubleshoot complex systems to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Improve observability, resilience, and security across production systems
• Actively contribute to engineering practices and help advance AI-enabled development workflows

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend services, APIs, and data processing pipelines
• Demonstrated experience building production frontend applications using React (preferred) or similar modern frameworks
• Comfort leveraging AI-enabled development tools and workflows, including orchestrating multi-step AI/agent-driven workflows
• Deep experience building and consuming APIs, integrating frontend and backend services, and connecting third-party systems
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, frontend performance, scalable UI architecture, and backend security
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated testing (Pytest and frontend equivalents), containerization, and cloud platforms
• Strong judgment when reviewing AI-generated code
