About This Opportunity
We are representing a well-established healthcare staffing organization seeking a Branch Manager for their Villingen-Schwenningen location. This is a direct-hire opportunity with our client – a permanent role leading their medical and nursing division.
As Branch Manager, you will serve as the face of the operation in your region, driving business development while leading a dedicated team of recruitment and customer service professionals. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on client engagement in the healthcare staffing sector.
Responsibilities
- Overall accountability for branch operations and external representation of the organization
- Full P&L responsibility including budget management and revenue targets
- New business development alongside retention and growth of existing client relationships
- Leadership of the operational team including recruitment consultants and workforce coordinators
- Planning and directing sales activities across the medical and nursing portfolio
- Coordination with central office functions and regional stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with labor law, staffing regulations, and all relevant employment legislation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager within healthcare staffing, specifically medical and nursing sectors
- Strong knowledge of German labor law, particularly regulations governing temporary employment (AÜG)
- Business and HR management expertise with demonstrated success in team leadership
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- High sales aptitude with a goal-oriented and proactive working style
