We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization expanding their presence in London. This role serves as the primary point of contact for members seeking support across multiple channels including email, phone, SMS, and social media platforms.
You will own member interactions from initial contact through resolution, managing:
- Multi-channel support delivery across digital and voice platforms
- Booking management, product enquiries, and service recovery
- Complaint resolution with professionalism and accountability
- Maintenance of CSAT scores and SLA adherence
- Social media response and moderation with appropriate tone and privacy awareness
- Pattern identification and internal reporting on recurring member friction points
- Personal ticket queue management to defined service standards
What We're Looking For
Our talent team is seeking a Customer Care Specialist with:
- 2+ years in customer support, hospitality, or high-touch member-facing service roles
- Fluent English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven multi-channel support experience including phone, email, and digital platforms
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar CRM and support systems
- Strong judgment regarding tone, timing, and privacy in public-facing interactions
- Highly organized approach with attention to detail and personal accountability
- Calm, confident demeanor during escalated or high-visibility situations
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in social or public-facing support environments
- Familiarity with social moderation tools, telephony systems, and SMS platforms
