IT Supporter (w/m/d) hybrid | Raum München

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT services organization seeking an IT Supporter to join their team in the Munich area. In this hybrid role, you will provide essential first-line support and client management services at customer locations throughout the region.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Delivering 1st level support for client management environments including O365, M365, and Azure AD
• Administering and supporting end-user clients and providing direct assistance
• Working on-site at customer locations in the Munich area, maintaining face-to-face contact with end users at the service desk
• Managing and documenting all activities within the ticketing system
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components
• Analyzing and resolving technical incidents and service requests

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent career-change experience with strong motivation
• Practical experience in IT support (First Level), customer support, telephone support, or user helpdesk environments
• Enthusiasm for modern workplace technologies including Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Azure
• Proficiency in handling and documenting within ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Helpline
• Strong ability to maintain overview and composure when managing incidents and requests
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken); good English skills are a plus
• Open and friendly demeanor that makes end users feel comfortable and valued
• Strong technical and analytical abilities combined with excellent communication skills
• Team player mentality with willingness to embrace new challenges
• Comfortable with independent work and regular travel to customer sites
