Data Quality Executive

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential property technology client seeking a Data Quality Executive to join their customer experience team in Milton Keynes. This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in the office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for partners and consumers, ensuring all displayed content meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring, moderating, and uploading advertisement content to ensure compliance with legislation and internal guidelines
• Approving and verifying reviews for authenticity and legislative adherence
• Tracking review patterns to identify similarity, duplication, and potential misuse
• Triaging and managing incoming queries while meeting SLAs and performance targets
• Escalating high-priority cases to senior Data Quality Advisors as appropriate
• Maintaining proactive communication with team leadership, flagging risks and requesting support when needed
• Engaging with consumers and partners to request review amendments, additional evidence, or identification where necessary
• Acting as first point of contact for sensitive or complex queries with professionalism and empathy
• Supporting continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements within the team
• Promoting adoption of self-service tools and providing clear guidance to partners

• Excellent communication skills with willingness to speak up about improvements or escalate priority cases
• Proactive approach to workload management, sharing concerns early when inbound enquiries increase
• Sound judgment when assessing queries against technical guidelines, content standards, terms and conditions, and relevant legislation
• Understanding and empathy when handling sensitive queries, balancing compassion with prompt resolution
• Strong prioritisation skills with ability to assess urgency and act accordingly
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities with both partners and internal stakeholders
• Good understanding of GDPR and ability to ensure all communications are compliant
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
