About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential iGaming company seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to join their team in London. Our client operates in the online casino space and is looking for an experienced analyst who can transform player data into strategic business recommendations. This role sits within the Live Ops and Monetisation functions, working across gamification, content, promotions, and retention initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Proactively analyze player behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and enhanced player experience
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on structured insights and an understanding of player impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business problems and drive meaningful outcomes
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns
- Monitor business-critical KPIs to track initiative success and identify improvement areas
- Create new measurement frameworks to enhance data-driven strategy development
- Partner with BI and data teams to ensure availability of relevant data and dashboards for continuous insight improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging analytics technologies
- Communicate complex analysis clearly to diverse stakeholders across the organization
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in iGaming or online casino environments
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Proficiency in Excel; Tableau experience preferred
- Strong business acumen with solid understanding of online casino economics
- Experience working with large datasets and performing comprehensive data analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with capability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
