We are representing a confidential healthcare organization based in Hamburg that is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their innovation-focused team. Our client operates at the intersection of design, strategy, and healthcare communication, delivering impactful visual solutions across multiple channels.

You'll be responsible for the operational execution of design solutions across print and digital platforms, contributing to cohesive brand experiences that resonate with end users.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual concepts based on strategic objectives, working from initial ideas through to final delivery in close coordination with art direction and strategy teams
• Develop and implement consistent brand and communication solutions across print and digital channels
• Ensure design quality across all touchpoints, formats, and assets
• Leverage AI tools (such as generative design platforms and content creation tools) for creative exploration, design development, and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creatives, strategists, and consultants
• Support the visualization and development of presentations, content structures, and communication frameworks
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes with a focus on relevance and innovation

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in communication design or visual design, with demonstrated ability to execute projects independently across both print and digital media—ideally within an agency or consulting environment
• Strong execution capabilities with high attention to detail and quality standards, from concept through final delivery
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, plus strong practical experience with AI-powered design tools
• Self-organized, detail-oriented approach to operational implementation
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside creative, strategic, and advisory teams
• Growth-oriented attitude with openness to feedback and a genuine passion for design
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based role
