Wir vertreten einen führenden Online-Finanzdienstleister und suchen einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Wertpapierabwicklung für den Standort Neuss.
Unser Mandant ist ein schnell wachsendes Unternehmen im Fintech-Sektor mit internationaler Ausrichtung. In dieser Rolle erhalten Sie wertvolle Einblicke in die operative Abwicklung von Corporate Actions und unterstützen ein erfahrenes Team bei der Verwaltung von Wertpapier- und Cash-Positionen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung des Corporate-Actions-Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Mitwirkung bei der Überwachung und Abstimmung interner Verrechnungs- und Bestandskonten für Wertpapier- und Cash-Positionen
- Identifikation und Analyse von Differenzen auf internen Konten sowie Unterstützung bei deren Klärung
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Marktteilnehmern zur Bearbeitung offener Sachverhalte
- Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Corporate-Action-Ereignissen
- Übernahme administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben innerhalb des Teams
Was wir suchen
- Immatrikulation in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und präzise schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
- Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und mehrere Aufgaben effizient zu organisieren
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Übersicht auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Teamfähigkeit und hohe Motivation
