Senior Technical Solution Consultant (d/f/m)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketing technology client in their search for a Senior Technical Solution Consultant based in Hamburg. Our talent team is seeking an experienced professional who thrives at the intersection of technical implementation and client consulting in enterprise software environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical project coordination with project management and quality assurance teams
• Conduct requirements engineering and create technical specifications for software solutions in direct collaboration with clients
• Provide consulting and support to internal and external customers on enterprise system implementations
• Implement and configure enterprise solutions during system rollouts and proof-of-concept phases
• Support the sales process through RFI/RFP responses and creation of sales demonstrations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Train and support clients in system usage and maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Digital Asset Management, workflow systems, and Web Content Management solutions
• Strong proficiency with Adobe suite applications
• Technical skills in Web-CMS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ideally specialized in content or publishing solutions with experience in systems such as Aprimo, censhare, Marmind, OrangeLogic or similar platforms
• Structured approach to working with complex system solutions
• Quick learner with ability to rapidly master new technical domains
• Strong presentation and communication skills with clients and vendors
• Client-focused personality with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Enthusiastic about working in interdisciplinary, dynamic team environments
• Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (required)
• Good English language skills
• Commitment to continuous learning, especially hands-on with advanced technical systems
