Working Student (m/f/x) Finance and Accounting

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology company in Munich that is seeking a Working Student (m/f/x) for Finance and Accounting. Our client is a publicly listed, fast-scaling organization where finance operations are central to their growth strategy. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage critical invoice workflows and gain direct exposure to how financial processes are built and optimized in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate and review incoming invoices in Moss
• Coordinate and manage the invoice workflow end-to-end
• Prepare and issue outgoing invoices
• Maintain invoice data, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice-related queries
• Support the ongoing optimization of the invoicing process

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Confident with MS Office, especially Excel
• Careful, structured, and independent way of working
• Good German and English language skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in accounting or invoicing
• Familiarity with Moss or similar accounting/workflow tools
