Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing and incentive solutions company seeking a Marketing Intern with a focus on events for a 6-month placement in München, starting October 2026.

In this role, you will:

• Support the marketing team with daily operations while taking ownership of smaller projects from the start
• Actively participate in planning, organizing, and executing national trade fairs, conferences, and events—from office preparation through on-site booth management
• Coordinate closely with speakers, sales colleagues, and external service providers
• Create briefings, prepare meetings and presentations, and ensure smooth processes through structured work habits
• Contribute creative ideas to direct marketing initiatives and apply graphic design skills
• Maintain data in the CRM system and assist with lead generation and analysis

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student (third semester or beyond) in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational talent with structured working style and ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, openness, and creativity—someone who enjoys contributing ideas and working collaboratively
• Very good German language skills, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking abilities
• Technical interest and affinity, with confident use of MS Office applications
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with event execution
