Senior Implementation Consultant – Marketing Technology (d/f/m)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketing technology organization seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join their Hamburg team. This role focuses on consulting, requirements engineering, and enterprise system implementations in the marketing technology space.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal project coordination with project management and quality assurance teams
• Develop technical concepts, specifications, and requirements engineering for software solutions in direct client engagement
• Provide consulting and support to internal and external clients
• Implement and configure enterprise system solutions for system launches and proof-of-concepts
• Support sales processes including RFIs, RFPs, and creation and presentation of sales demonstrations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Train and support clients in system application and maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Digital Asset Management and workflow systems, as well as Web Content Management (Web-CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong proficiency with standard Adobe programs
• Ideally specialized in content or publishing solutions with experience in systems such as Aprimo, censhare, Marmind, OrangeLogic, or similar platforms
• Affinity for structured work with system solutions and high quality standards
• Quick learner with ability to rapidly adapt to new subject areas
• Open, accessible, and relationship-oriented personality
• Strong communication skills with clients and suppliers
• Confident presentation abilities
• Motivated to work in interdisciplinary environments and contribute to a dynamic team
• Proactive mindset, bringing ideas and taking ownership
• Willingness for continuous learning, particularly on-the-job with advanced technical systems
• Negotiation-level German (minimum C1) and good English proficiency
• Creative, curious, and ready to take initiative
