Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fashion organization in Detmold, Nordrhein-Westfalen, for this quality assurance role. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ongoing fit and quality control inspections
• Approving production releases based on sample types
• Maintaining continuous communication within product management teams and with international production facilities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product standards are met

What We're Looking For

• Shoe size 37, foot length 231-236 mm, average foot and calf shape (critical fit requirement)
• Strong interest in fashion and footwear with keen awareness of material quality and workmanship
• Excellent communication skills paired with good English proficiency in both written and spoken form
• Successfully completed commercial training preferred; career changers welcome
• High level of engagement and willingness to travel occasionally
• Responsible, highly motivated team player who values constructive collaboration
