Responsibilities

We are representing a creative content marketing agency based in Münster seeking a graphic designer and social media manager to join their team. In this role, you will independently manage multiple client accounts across social media, design, and print projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Creating social media planning calendars and developing content ideas for client accounts
• Publishing posts, reels, and stories across platforms including Meta and LinkedIn
• Designing graphics and layouts for both social media and print materials
• Managing direct client communication, both written and in-person
• Monitoring and responding to messages and comments daily across social platforms
• Coordinating and organizing photo and video shoots, including concept development and scheduling
• Participating in video calls with clients for content planning and review
• Producing print designs across various formats and liaising with print suppliers
• Collaborating with colleagues on image editing and video production
• Contributing to website redesign projects
• Performing basic video editing and motion graphics work using DaVinci Resolve
• Developing new brand identities for incoming clients, including logo and CI development
• Managing workload independently across multiple concurrent client projects

What We're Looking For

• Minimum five years of professional experience in graphic design, social media management, or content creation
• Demonstrated expertise in both graphic design and social media content production
• Proficiency with standard design software; experience with DaVinci Resolve is advantageous
• Structured, independent working style with excellent time management skills
• Strong communication abilities for client-facing interactions
• Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
• Openness to new ideas and ability to contribute creative input
• German language fluency required for client communication
