Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Finance Agent

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is building next-generation AI-powered financial products serving millions of users across emerging markets. Our talent team is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their product engineering organization in India.

This is a remote position for candidates based in India. You'll work on consumer-facing financial products spanning multiple verticals, moving quickly from concept to shipped features across the entire stack.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end
• Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards and operational systems
• Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and financial services
• Work with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch fast
• Integrate APIs, handle data flows and improve production reliability
• Use analytics, feedback and production issues to improve features after launch
• Help build tools that reduce manual work and improve speed across the business

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
• Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems
• Ability to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specifications
• Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail
• Comfortable debugging across the entire stack
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms is a strong advantage
• Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
