We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join their operations team in Argentina. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of customer success and artificial intelligence implementation, helping new clients realize value from advanced AI solutions from day one.

Our client is building the future of conversational AI and needs someone who combines technical aptitude with exceptional service delivery. You'll be the critical bridge between sales and long-term customer relationships, ensuring every new account launches successfully and on time.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end onboarding processes for new client accounts, gathering all necessary information and configurations for successful launches
• Lead kick-off meetings with clients to align expectations, gather requirements, and guide them through the onboarding journey
• Build and configure AI assistants using internal platforms based on client business logic and specific needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless handoffs and unified client experiences
• Maintain proactive communication with clients through WhatsApp and other channels, following up regularly to resolve blockers
• Deliver high-quality first versions of AI solutions promptly, ensuring they meet standards before going live
• Monitor onboarding timelines and manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring accounts launch within SLA targets
• Provide initial training and resources to help clients test and understand their AI agents

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Customer Experience, Onboarding, or Technical Support roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate client needs into technical configurations
• Hands-on experience creating and managing JSONs, with understanding of structured logic flows
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
• Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments
• Genuine passion for technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, client-first attitude
