Implementation Manager

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that is transforming how clinical teams communicate and operate across the UK health system. We're seeking an Implementation Manager to join their London office and lead the deployment of innovative digital tools that are genuinely changing how healthcare is delivered.

This is a rare opportunity to work on implementations that have real impact—helping clinicians reclaim their time and improving patient journeys at scale. You'll be leading rollouts of sophisticated platforms, including AI-powered tools, across hospitals and care settings throughout the country.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale implementations of complex digital health products, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into clinical workflows rather than simply being "installed"
• Drive transformational projects that fundamentally change how healthcare teams operate, with particular focus on AI-enabled clinical tools
• Manage stakeholder expectations and set strategic boundaries to ensure sustainable, successful implementations without overcommitting resources
• Become the subject matter expert on emerging AI features, owning the introduction and scaling process across multiple sites
• Conduct post-implementation reviews 6-9 months after go-live to assess actual usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities
• Leverage internal analytics dashboards to automate repetitive tasks and focus your expertise on the human elements of change management
• Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies, with full autonomy to make changes when you identify inefficiencies

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing complex implementations in fast-paced technology or healthcare environments
• A proactive "driver" mentality—you identify problems and lead solutions without waiting for direction
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to have difficult conversations and maintain firm boundaries on what's achievable
• Exceptional communication abilities; you can translate technical concepts into clear, engaging language for clinical and administrative audiences
• Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving when facing obstacles
• Genuine passion for improving healthcare delivery and understanding the real-world impact of your work on clinicians and patients
• Comfort working in an office-first environment (3 days per week in Shoreditch office, core hours 10am-4pm)
