Product Analyst

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential healthtech organization based in London (Shoreditch). This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in their Shoreditch office.

We're seeking a Product Analyst to join as a foundational member of a growing data function. This isn't a traditional reporting role—you'll be embedded within product teams, actively shaping strategy and influencing roadmap decisions through rigorous analysis and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Product Managers to define success metrics and monitor KPIs that demonstrate product impact
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of user behaviour to uncover insights that drive product decisions
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests from hypothesis through to data-backed recommendations
• Build dashboards and visualizations that enable teams to access high-quality, self-service insights
• Proactively identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities without waiting for direction
• Communicate technical findings clearly to cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and product leaders

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience working embedded within product teams, partnering directly with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers on live product decisions
• Strong product thinking with understanding of user funnels, activation, retention, and cohort analysis
• Solid command of SQL with ambition to leverage Python for advanced analysis
• Experience using product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
• Proactive investigator mindset—you don't wait for tickets; you seek out the next insight
• Delivery-focused collaborator comfortable working in agile, lean environments
• Comfortable building processes and working in ambiguous, high-growth settings
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £40,000 - £60,000 per year. The client also offers equity compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including flexible benefits (healthcare, pension, life insurance), 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced parental leave, fertility support, and on-site meals.
