Sales Manager – Ruminants

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential animal nutrition organization seeking a Sales Manager - Ruminants for a remote position based in the Netherlands.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business expansion and sales growth in the ruminants market across the Benelux region. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and building strong customer relationships while working remotely with the flexibility to shape your own sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin within assigned accounts
• Build forecast reports for production and inventory management
• Lead business unit expansion and sales growth in the Benelux territory
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans
• Identify prospective customers and develop strategic plans for key accounts
• Deliver technical sales presentations on product solutions and services
• Conduct high-level meetings and assist customers with product testing
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events

What We're Looking For

• Veterinary or Agricultural university degree
• Knowledge and experience in ruminant nutrition and market dynamics
• Solid understanding of biological sciences for technical presentations
• Prior experience in managing sales projects to successful completion
• High degree of energy, personal motivation, and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database development programs
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
